To establish a foundation for success, you will have a discussion with your Project Manager to navigate the implementation process. This conversation sets milestones and expectations, ensuring all partners work in unison towards common goals and deadlines.
Step 2: System Overview & Data Collection
Our implementation team collaborates with you to gather comprehensive data about your program(s). This includes biographic information for users, lists of courses and rotations, site details, evaluation and assessment forms, and any additional data necessary for a successful implementation.
Step 3: System Configuration
Our team utilizes the insights from your business analysis and collected data to construct your program's platform. Tailoring the system to your specific requirements, best practices, and data ensures it will effectively support you and your team.
Step 4: Training
After setting up your platform with the necessary data, we provide customized training to help you maximize the system's potential. You will build knowledge on how to configure and maintain each aspect of the system for optimal use.
Step 5: Program Review
Prior to launch, our expert team collaborates with your users to rigorously test your site, reviewing the initial project milestones to confirm that all your initial requirements and infrastructure needs have been successfully addressed.
Step 6: System Launch!
Your platform is now live! Transitioning from implementation to daily operations, we introduce you to your new support team, including strategic partners and ongoing enablement resources, to assist with your system's everyday functionality.
